Composition of the egg tray production line
Paper pulp molding egg tray production line is comprised by 3
systems as pulping system, forming system and drying system.
1. Pulping System
It includes raw paper smashing, impurities removing, pulp
defibering, additives, pulp further grinding,
Pulp blending, pulp supplying etc.
Related machines: Hydropulper, (vibration screen, pulp
grinder),agitator, pulp pump, pipe and so on.
2. Forming System
The forming system is the process to produce the wet egg tray by
forming machine.
The whole process includes the forming machine, moulds, vacuum
pump, steam separator, air compressor, air storage tank and so on.
Forming machine is one of the main equipment of the whole egg tray
(box) production line. Its function is to produce the wet egg
trays. So it is the important supporter for the line.
Only under the forming machine’s co-working, the molds, the
negative pressure control, the positive pressure control can
realize their functions.

Working principle of egg tray forming machine:
Water paper and water added into the pulper, then delivered to the
slurry storage tank, using blender to stirring pulp uniform and
delivered to the slurry tank, stirring the pulp to a certain
concentration delivered to the molding machine, producing the egg
tray, then transport to the drying hole by conveyor belt, after the
egg tray drying, finally closed care and package it.
About dryer, if you choose reciprocating type production line,
because of small capacity, you can dry them naturally also can be
dry using our cart-type dryer. On account of bigger capacity
tumblet type and rotation type, you can choose mesh-belt dryer to
dry tray.
Packing
1.Waterproof packing with the international export standard by
20ft, 40ft, 40hp container.
2. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be
packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed
by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
3. Or as per customer's requirements.
Terms of delivery
