A complete pulp molded production line consists of Stock
Preparation System Section, Molding Machine Section, Continuous
Drying Oven and Conveyor System, Process Instrumentation,

Auxiliary Equipment, etc.
The production process flow:
Pulp making system→Forming system→Drying system→Packing system
Egg Tray Machine (pulp moulding machine) consume used waste paper
as raw material and produce different kinds of paper tray according
to your requirement, such as egg tray/dishes ,egg carton/box,fruit
tray,industrial package tray,seeding tray ,win tray ,shoe support
and small products packages ,etc. The different final products are
decided by your market choice.
Pulp Making System:
Put the raw material into the hydraulic pulper to make the pulp,
the pulp concentration will be 0.8%-1% under the action of the 3
pulp pools and some support facilities.
