1. Product Description
1. This machine mainly produces pulp molded products, such as egg
tray, egg box, fruit tray, coffee tray, etc.
2. The material for the molded pulp products is waste paper,
corrugated paper, waste newspaper, magazine.
3. We have different types of molding machine for choosing
according to your requirements.such as 800-1000pcs per hour, 2000pcs per hour, 3000pcs per hour, 4000pcs per hour,-and so on. And we will supply all-round service for
inquiry, pricing, technique teaching, installation, and
maintenance.
4. Fuel can be coal, natural gas, diesel, wood.
5. Egg tray forming machine is a kind of machine which absorbs
paper pulp-the raw material, on the surface of mold by vacuum to
get various shape and ratio of wet and dry by regulating time.
6. Our forming machines adopt advanced PLC programmable controller;
selecting high-quality electronic devices and pneumatic components;
using stainless steel pulp barrels with high performance and long
service life.
Our egg tray machine has four parts: Pulping system, forming
system, drying line and packing part
(1)Pulping system:
Pulping system is mainly comprised of hydropulpter, pulp pump,
multi-function refiner machine, blender, control cabinet, etc.
It can make the pulp by the waste paper. And it is the first step
in making process!
(2)Forming system:
This part mainly is the egg tray forming machine. We could produce
the forming mold and transferring mold based on our customer's
request. The material of the mold could be Aluminum, Resin,
Plastic.
(3)Drying line
This is very important in all of the lines. When the egg tray is
made over by the forming machine, the egg tray will be put on the
drying line, they will across the drying channel, then you can get
the dry tray!
(4)Packing machine
This is the last step when we get the finished tray from the drying
line, we can packing them.
